Don't let it swell your head, but you do bloody fine work these days, Daeva. I knew you had it in you, once you stopped piffling about and mucked in.

That's the secret ingredient to good Armoursmithing, you know. Elbow grease.

You won't become a Master armourer polishing chairs with your backside, oh no! You keep at it. Job after job, day in, day out, until your bones ache and your vision goes wonky. No other way.

• "Making a point, Kinterun?"

Huh. Was when I started. What was it? Oh, yes!

Would you do me a favour, young Daeva, if you so bloody value my esteem? Deliver these Titanium Chain Gauntlets to Bacht in the Abyss.

He needs them urgently, he said. Something about imminent battle. Hordes of Elyos on the horizon.

• Accept.
• Decline.

Ever seen a battle in the Abyss? I'd get underway right now if I were you.

I've bundled them up nice and neat.

Bacht is at Primum Landing. Probably the safest place in the whole Abyss, so you'll not have any trouble.

• "No trouble. Sure!"

Deliver Kinterun's titanium Chain Gauntlets to Bacht, the Abyss armour merchant.

Don't turn up your nose, Daeva! Not the broadest selection in Atreia, but my wares are good. Beggars can't be choosers, and we're all beggars out here!

You won't find better in Reshanta. We're all short of stock.

No need to go to elsewhere! Ol' Bacht'll take care of you. Take another look.

• "Uh, Kinterun made these..."

Ah! You've brought the gloves I ordered! Hey, sorry about the hard sell. No hard feelings? Got to make a living, doncha?

Just in time. I ain't about to keep Brigade General Jebal waiting.

Hey, I, uh...may have exaggerated a little bit. Huge battle? Hordes of Elyos? Bit of a false alarm. But don't tell Kinterun. Keeps him on his toes.

Kinterun gave you an urgent package for armour merchant Bacht at Primum Landing.

When you delivered it, Bacht admitted he faked an emergency for faster service.
