Check this out, Daeva.

Have you ever smelled anything like it? Weird, huh?

It's a Fragrant Mushroom. They're used locally in various dishes and medicines.

• "Smells like flowers."

Yes! And even more interesting, the Fragrant Mushrooms only grow on Snapped Gnarls. No one knows why.

Atalante, our local Daeva of Zephyr, has been asking for some.

I don't know what she's going to use them for. She's not the type to tip her hand, but knowing her, it's bound to be for something important.

• "She is rather serious."

I'd like to get the mushrooms to her as soon as possible, but I can't get anyone to go mushroom hunting. Everyone seems to be behind schedule today.

How would you like to lend us a hand? Could you gather some Fragrant Mushrooms for us, Daeva?

• Accept.
• Decline.

Thanks, Daeva.

You can collect the Fragrant Mushrooms from Snapped Gnarls in the Decayed Grove.

When you have enough, take them directly to Atalante. Maybe you can get her to spill about what she's going to do with them.

• "Sun's blessings, my friend."

Obtain Fragrant Mushrooms from Snapped Gnarls and take them to Atalante.

It's frustrating that everyone thinks I'm just slacking off.

You know, there is more to war than fighting. Intel is every bit as important. As is scientific research.

But enough of my problems. What brings you here today?

• "I brought you these."

You're bringing the Fragrant Mushrooms instead of Piros?

Or not...seeing as how you're empty-handed.

Really, I don't care who brings them, just get me those Fragrant Mushrooms.

• "Yes, ma'am."

Ah, the mushrooms I asked Piros to fetch.

You got them instead? Well, thank you, Daeva. That was kind.

I've been looking forward to studying them. I've heard rumours that they have some interesting healing properties.

Piros asked you to take on a task that Atalante gave him in his stead.

You gathered Fragrant Mushrooms from Snapped Gnarls and took them to Atalante.
