I'm glad you stopped by, Daeva. Taloc, who you have a strong tie with, is in need of you.

The Elim are subtle beings--you know this better than I--and Daevas have long been associated with them. For better or worse, we have no choice but to help one another.

• "Especially now."

Apparently, Pandaemonium has become quite concerned about the malfunction of the Aether Receiver. When they learned the cause of malfunction was Taloc's Guardian, several Elim and Daevas tried to placate Taloc...to no avail.

Taloc's Guardian is a phantasm so we can't do much about it, yet we must stop the distorted flow of Aether. To do this, all of the parasites that torment the holy tree must be eradicated.

This would be your task. What do you say? Is it worth a Mithril Coin?

• Accept.
• Decline.

You are one of the few who can go inside Taloc, so I imagine there's no way you could refuse. Complete this mission successfully, and you'll be given a Mithril coin as promised.

I will pray for your safe return.

• "Me too."

You will be given a Mithril coin if you eradicate all the parasites inside Taloc.

You're back already? Is Taloc clear of the infestation?

I can't give you this Mithril coin if even one insect lives!

• "I killed the bugs dead."

You're incredible, Daeva. Here is the Mithril coin I promised--and I'm sure that Taloc's Guardian is also quite grateful.

Of course...parasites will no doubt appear inside Taloc again. If they do, and you again offer your assistance, another Mithril coin will be yours.

Coin Administration Officer Flores offered you a reward to eradicate all parasites inside Taloc.

When you returned to Flores after eradicating the insects, she gave you a Mithril coin.
