Please, Daeva. Stay and talk with me a while.

• "You work too hard, Veille."

I think you're right. That's why I want to give you some of my authority and power.

Are you interested in fighting to recapture enemy fortresses? And gaining some prestige?

• Accept.
• Decline.

Thank you for your constancy. I know we don't speak often, but I consider you a close friend.

And as your friend, I must tell you: when you go out there to capture a fortress, collect Veille's Favours.

Silly name, I know, but Kaisinel insisted.

• "I couldn't possibly take that."

Destroy Mastarius, Marchutan's agent, and bring the symbol of your triumph to Veille.

Welcome to my little corner of the world, once again.

• "I brought six favours."

I don't see your favours, Daeva, but I have faith in you.

Now that you've grasped the way of acquiring them, you'll go far.

• "Thanks, V. See you soon."

Six? I'm impressed, Daeva. I know how much work goes into earning each and every one of these.

I couldn't have done better myself.

Please, take this practical symbol of my--and Lord Kaisinel's--esteem. For the glory of Elysea!

Lord Kaisinel's Agent Veille said she would give her shield to a Daeva who fought to capture enemy fortresses.

When you brought six Veille's Favours, she gave you the shield.
