I need to ask you for another favour, Daeva. It’s about the Shulacks in the Sky Fortress.

To be honest, I couldn’t care less about this, but... Silion is practically obsessed.

You know Silion, right? The Reian that’s been helping with the Sky Fortress mission.

It might not be a bad idea to help him. Are you up for that?

• "But you're practically brothers!"

There are a lot of Shulacks in the Dredgion Fabrication Zone.

They work on the Dredgion power generator and on a small tachysphere, so they seem to be special somehow.

Tiamat has no control over the Shulacks. Ereshkigal must be behind it. And it’s the same story with the new Surkana.

Silion is troubled, because he thinks that we will have to face another Dragon Lord.

• Accept.
• Decline.

If the Shulacks really are under Ereshkigal’s command, then there will be some indication of that.

Would you defeat them and see if you can find any proof that Ereshkigal is behind them?

I hope that Silion is wrong, but we will have to let the facts speak for themselves.

• "The germ of nightmares."

Gather evidence of Ereshkigal’s involvement from the Shulacks in the Dredgion Fabrication Zone in the Sky Fortress.

At first glance, you wouldn’t think the Shulacks had been brainwashed. Their bodies aren’t mutated for one thing.

So how did they come to be minions of a Dragon Lord?

Maybe they have some sort of arrangement?

• "These work for Ereshkigal, Rei-boy."

It doesn’t seem likely that Tiamat built Aturam Sky Fortress on her own.

It’s very unlike Tiamat to run the Dredgion so flawlessly.

Another Dragon Lord must have helped her. I think it was Ereshkigal.

• "Let me get the Seals I left up there."

Ah, I knew it. That’s proof that Ereshkigal has been helping.

But we don’t know if he gave some other aid, possibly military or material, apart from the new Surkana and the helpful Shulacks from the Engineering League.

The Elysian and Asmodian informants I asked have yet to find any proof.

We’ll need some more time. Please keep helping us while we continue collecting and analysing our data.

Hariken thinks that the Shulacks in the Aturam Sky Fortress Dredgion Fabrication Zone aren’t under Tiamat’s command, and instead owe their allegiance to another Dragon Lord.

So he asks you to defeat the Shulacks and collect any evidence you find, because Silion needs more information.
