I don't care if he's holding hands with the thirteenth Empyrean Lord!

That kind of heretical talk will get people all riled up here in Beluslan and interest the Shadow Court if the rumour ever makes it back to Pandaemonium.

I need that old man silenced.

• "You want me to kill him?"

No, no! Not every problem has to be solved by killing!

Maybe the crazy old guy has wandered away and we don't need to worry anymore, but if he hasn't...

He needs to either move on to someone else's district or...just stop talking about the thirteenth Empyrean Lord completely. Honestly, that'd be best for his health. Maybe you can let him know this?

• Accept.
• Decline.

Thanks. If Vigbir is still up at the Lone Cottage, warn him never to mention the thirteenth Empyrean Lord again.

That'll be good for him and us.

If the Shadow Judge visits the old man...well, Shadow Judge visits are never good for anyone.

• "Yeah, I know."

Persuade Vigbir not to mention the thirteenth Empyrean Lord anymore.

We met before. You're the...

Wait, what brings you here?

• "It's not safe for you to talk about..."

The thirteenth Empyrean Lord! Don't you think I know the danger?

But I can't stop the theophany of the thirteenth Empyrean Lord anymore than a Ribbit can stop the sun from shining in Elysea.

If you and this Archon of Dusk are concerned, don't be. I'll take responsibility for my own fate. As we all do.

Gnalin said mentioning the thirteenth Empyrean Lord could be dangerous even for a crazy old man like Vigbir.

She asked you to go to the Lone Cottage and persuade Vigbir not to mention the thirteenth Empyrean Lord anymore. You went to meet Vigbir, who said he'd bear the responsibility and not to worry.
