Wait, Daeva, what do you intend to do with it?

With the Kromede’s Flame I gave you.

It’s a shame to just wear it as a pendant.

If you melt it down and then coat the Judge’s Chainblades with it, you can upgrade them.

• You ask what you should do.

You need three things if you want to improve the Judge’s Chainblades.

They would be Kromede’s Flame, Judge’s Chainblades and a capable smith.

You have the flame already. If you bring the Judge’s Chainblades to me, I’ll improve them for you. Hey, what the heck!

Just bring me the Judge’s Chainblades and I’ll upgrade them.

• Accept
• Decline

You’re very lucky!

I don’t mean to sing my own praises, but even in Asmodae there are only a handful of people who know how to refine this weapon. It’s actually very delicate, and one wrong move would break it.

Anyway, hurry up and bring me the Judge’s Chainblades.

I’ve heard that Kromede the Corrupt in Morheim’s Fire Temple has them.

• You end the conversation.

Walter says he will upgrade the Judge’s Chainblades for you. Take him the chainblades and Kromede’s Flame.

Do you have the Judge’s Chainblades?

Then give me the chainblades and Kromede’s Flame.

I’ll upgrade them for you right away.

• You hand over Kromede’s Flame and the weapon.

I told you; I can only enchant the Judge’s Chainblades if you bring me the weapon and Kromede’s Flame.

Aren’t those the Judge’s Chainblades in your hand?

I can’t upgrade them if you don’t give them to me.

Are you worried I’ll destroy the chainblades?

My skills are widely recognised. The Daevas of Flame weapons all originate from my hand.

So trust me and give me the chainblades and Kromede’s Flame.

• You end the conversation.

(Wipes away sweat.) Phew, done.

Here, please take this. I’m sure you’ll be very happy with the result.

*Yawn*, it’s tiring work.

Go, I need to get some rest now.

Walter asks you to bring him the Judge’s Chainblades. Then he will upgrade them using Kromede’s Flame.

You trust him and have brought him the Judge’s Chainblades along with Kromede’s Flame. As promised, Walter has upgraded the Judge’s Chainblades.
