What are your impressions of Teva?

The Black Cloud Merchants have apparently settled in Teva and established this secret base there.

That sounds like a most peculiar and dangerous Runanerk.

• You keep listening.

Well, shall we simply bring the Daevas there, as it seems?

Since Teva is such a place, I added Tiamat... didn’t I?

Runanerk does not intend to protect the inhabitants of Teva.

Carry out the mission as frugally as possible. Should anything appear during your investigation – and it being the best – give that exact thing to Runanerk.

• You keep listening.

Note: Hand over all valuable items you found while investigating the anomalies in Teva to Runanerk.

What do you think? Pretty sensible, right? Runanerk hates complicated things, honestly.

So, you as a Daeva should fulfil your duty, and that would be done.

Our reconnaissance teams report that there is a suspicious place in Teva, hehe.

Lake of Tears, Karst of Desperation, Craggy Heart or something? How about you investigate such places thoroughly?

• You end the conversation.

(When you touch the surface of the book, a light flickers around your body and a revelation reaches you from somewhere.)

(The message is that the document can only be opened at the right time, in the right place, and by the right person.)

• You open the document.

(As you open the document, you can perceive Tiamat’s end in the proper future, even before Tiamat reset time.)

(On one page of the document the date and time of the day when Tiamat’s downfall occurred are briefly noted.)

(It could be a long past time or an event that has not yet occurred.)

• You continue reading the document.

(As you read on, you realise that the document records the history of Tiamat’s attempts to escape his fate.)

Tiamat obtains Siel’s Relic.

Tiamat realises her own end in the future.

Tiamat’s time-reversal experiment causes the appearance of Dark Poeta.

Tiamat manages to manifest Siel’s Relic.

Tiamat produces multiple copies of Siel’s Relic.

…

…

Tiamat manages to distort the time of Tiamaranta.

Tiamat creates the new space-time in Teva.

• You continue reading the document.

(While reading the records you also find other stories.)

Daeva becomes a Daeva.

Daeva advances into Balaurea.

Daeva undertakes a mission to track down Tiamat.

…

…

Daeva arrives in Teva and meets Sienola.

Daeva travels to the correct time.

(When you come to, you are holding something in your hand.)

(It is a time compass that always guides you to the correct time.)

(It seems as if a magnificent song has sounded.)

• Close the document.

Daeva, you have returned!

I had feared you would not return, as there had been no word from you for a long time!

So, were you able to investigate Teva? Were there any results?

Did you perhaps have a particularly valuable treasure that you wanted to give to Runanerk, hm?

• It happened at the right time.

Ririt! It was only a seemingly ordinary, quiet night, yet a loud, booming sound shattered the silence... and a mighty Runanerk emerged. This creature seems to know its intentions, damn it!

If that’s true, any time could become accessible, even past or future times could be found.

To bring something so valuable... Runanerk is moved!

Besides, Runanerk and the Runar will stand guard and will bring the Daeva and their companions to the right place, come what may. Thank you!

Runanerk said she should bring the Daeva to Teva and bring the most valuable artefact she would find while investigating Teva.

While they searched for anomalies at various locations in Teva, they were caught in a time rift by Tiamat.

Whether by general peril or by the intervention of others, they were transported to another place where they found a yellowed document.

The Yellowed Report opened within an appropriate time window and showed the scene of Tiamat as well as the future image that had to be changed there.

While I was reading the document, Sienola appeared and said something unintelligible like ‘When you once stand at the crossroads, do not hesitate.’ and then vanished.

When I had finished reading the document, it was already late in the evening.

After I handed over the night watch to Runanerk, he thanked me effusively and promised to bring the Daevas to the right place even if something happened on the way.
