It’s hard to believe, but there are terrifying dangers lurking beyond this peaceful world.

We could close this door to that world with magic, but we would be unable to rest as long as the Balaur spread their misery.

There’s simply no knowing where they might strike next.

• "Have they tried to leave?"

I don’t know where they keep coming from. They just won’t stop.

That’s why I keep sending in Daevas to take care of our enemies.

It’d be a great help if you could take part, Daeva.

Just eliminate as many enemies in the Krotan Chamber as possible.

And make a point of destroying their leader, Ebonlord Arknamium, who is in charge of guarding the treasure.

• Accept.
• Decline.

I’m not telling you this as another incentive to carry out this mission...

The Balaur have hidden countless treasures in the Treasure Chamber.

However, a Magic Ward is activated as soon as someone invades the Treasure Chamber. The spell causes the treasure to vanish little by little.

It means you’ll have to be quick and defeat the Balaur as fast as possible in order to retrieve valuable loot.

Now hurry – you can enter the Krotan Chamber by walking through the door near me. Faith and arms!

• "Faith and arms."

Carry out Dirandera’s request and defeat all Balaur in the Krotan Chamber.

Have you completed your work, Daeva? Are the Balaur dead?

• "They are."

Thank Ariel! Your destiny brought you to us, just as mine brought me here. Perhaps now I can be grateful for my role out here.

However, it may well transpire that we need help again. With Vaizel's blessings, perhaps you'll grace us once again in the future.

Here is your reward. Faith and arms, friend!

Dirandera needed someone to enter the Krotan Chamber and rid the area of the remaining Balaur warriors.

You completed the task, and your return you were rewarded for your troubles. Dirandera also mentioned that it was likely that more work would be needed to be carried out, and asked to you help out again if you were able.
