I analysed the Pluma Tail Feathers you fetched for me earlier. I have good news and bad news.

The good news is, they haven't been poisoned. The bad news is, they are not only still violent, they are malnourished.

• "What does that mean?"

They cannot find enough food.

I've been watching the Pluma in their environment, and I think the cause of the problem is the Armoured Sparkles.

• "Sparkles? But Pluma don't eat Sparkles."

Sparkles live in the same areas as Plumas, and they eat the same food. Both animals prey on smaller insects.

Recently, the Sparkles have increased in number, and must be exhausting the food supply.

If we reduce the number of Armoured Sparkles, it should restore the balance.

Would you take care of this too, Daeva?

• Accept.
• Decline.

In the forest below the fortress, eliminate Armoured Sparkles.

It seems harsh, but we need to do this for the Plumas, as well as for the residents they are bothering.

• "It will be done."

Hunt the Sparkles that have been eating the Plumas' food supply.

Have you hunted the Armoured Sparkles?

It's interesting how delicate the balance of nature is. Any increase or decrease on one side has a profound effect on the other side.

• "Fewer Sparkles means fat and happy Plumas."

Thank you Daeva.

Even though the Plumas may not calm immediately, they will return to normal as they become less hungry.

Gaia's investigation showed that the Plumas had become violent out of hunger. The Sparkles had eaten all the Plumas' food supply.

You hunted Sparkles in the forest around the Fortress as Gaia asked.
