Now, I've determined that the soul most likely to have the information we need is called Faithful Respondent Utra.

To summon him, you must perform the ritual in the Oracular Chamber inside Beshmundir Temple, at the Altar of Soul Invocation.

As I said before, with my notes, you should be able to perform the ritual flawlessly. Will you do this?

• Accept.
• Decline.

Before I forget, here's the Perfumed Oil I refined. Pour it over the Altar of Soul Invocation and the surrounding area.

Then, upon performing this ritual, Faithful Respondent Utra should appear. It will be compelled to tell you the truth.

You know what you must ask it. Good luck, Daeva.

• "Thanks, but I won't need it."

Thou...hast...awakened me....

What...query...hast...thou....

For...me?

• "What is Stormwing?"

A dragon...

Whose heart bursts... with hate....

For mighty Tiamat...

• "What was Isbariya doing?"

Find out what Stormwing is. Go to the Oracular Chamber in Beshmundir Temple and perform the soul summoning ritual.

We have all the materials needed to perform the soul summoning. Nothing more stands in our way.

Remember, we need to discover what Stormwing is, why it was sealed, and what will happen if that seal is broken.

• "Got it."

Renewing....

Stormwing's imprisonment....

• "What happens if Stormwing gets out?"

A nightmare...of blood....

Vengeance...against all.... Even Balaur....

Blizzard.... Agony.... Massacre....

• "This is not good."

You're back! I've been waiting up for you, Daeva.

Did the ritual work? What did the spirit say? What is Stormwing?

Oh, I'm sorry, I have so many questions. Please, start from the beginning.

• "Well, we have a problem...."

I see. If Stormwing challenged a Balaur Lord and was not destroyed, it must be a powerful being indeed.

And we may have weakened the bonds that keep it in check.

It seems the Balaur were right to fear it. We must correct our error, at any cost.

With all the materials in place, Herka sent you to Beshmundir Temple to perform the soul summoning ritual.

You poured Perfumed Oil over the Altar of Soul Invocation inside the Oracular Chamber. Faithful Respondent Utra appeared, and told you that Stormwing was a powerful dragon, a rival of Tiamat, and that Isbariya was trying to keep it contained.

You told all this to Herka, who became understandably concerned over the potential disaster that could be looming over Gelkmaros.
