We are fortunate indeed! The document describes a Balaur soul summoning in great detail!

With this ritual, we could conjure the soul of an ancient Balaur, and it would be compelled to answer questions truthfully.

This is definitely the key to solving the mystery of "Stormwing."

• "What does this ritual entail?"

Most of it is chanting and basic rune drawing, but it does require a special Perfumed Oil to cleanse the area.

Fortunately, the document describes the recipe for this oil as well.

If we are to discover what "Stormwing" is, you must create it.

• Accept.
• Decline.

I'm glad to see your curiosity and excitement equal mine.

The Fragrant Milky Liquid needed to make the oil can be gathered from Deformed Mudthorns, Glittering Seafoams, and Stinking Sludgers in Viscum Swamp.

Once you have enough, I'll refine it and you can perform the summoning. May Azphel guide you.

• "Blood for blood!"

The Ancient Dragonbound Document revealed information about a summoning ritual. Obtain the materials needed to perform it.

While you've been gone, I've been going over the summoning ritual.

With my notes, you should be able to perform it by yourself...provided you have Perfumed Oil, of course.

If you have enough Fragrant Milky Liquid, I can refine it into the oil you need.

• "Then do so, please."

This isn't enough Fragrant Milky Liquid, I'm afraid.

The directions are quite clear. We need enough to purify a circular area twenty meters across.

Remember, you can get the liquid from Deformed Mudthorns, Glossy Seafoams, and Stinking Hermislimes.

• "I remember."

Ah, yes. Give me a moment.... I need to mix this with some local herbs.... Add pure water....

There! We have all we need to perform the summoning ritual. Now we can ascertain the identity of this mysterious "Stormwing."

Herka found information on a soul summoning ritual in the Ancient Dragonbound Document. With it, you could question a Balaur soul about "Stormwing."

You obtained quantities of Fragrant Milky Liquid, needed to complete the ritual. Herka refined it, and told you that you now had everything you needed.
