What’s Daeva doing here, ak?

• You ask what he’s up to here.

No idea, akakak. Oh, I’m a Shugo!

• You ask if he is a merchant.

Bonkers Shugo has asked you to buy items from him in order to find out his identity.

Merchant? Perhaps...

Is that why Shugo had such a lot of luggage with him? Shugo has no idea.

• You ask if he has a map or any potions.

Maybe Shugo did have these things.

But a girl and a huge creature took them away from Shugo, ak.

Really! A strange girl and a giant creature!

Would Daeva like to help find Shugo’s luggage?

• You say you’ve understood.

(Seems to be looking for Shugo’s Seven Things).

• You reach for the items.

Who are you?

• You ask if she’s No. 707.

That design on your helmet... Has Tiamat followed me all this way?

That’s enough. Stop following me! Get lost!

• You look around.

Daeva really brought Shugo’s luggage back.

So Shugo does seem to be a merchant. Does Daeva want something?

• You ask him to show you the items.

Shugo can only find out whether Shugo really is a merchant if Daeva buys something.

How about Shugo’s Bits and Bobs for example, ak?

• You say you’ve understood.

Does Daeva like Shugo’s recommendation?

• You show him the items.

No, Shugo didn’t mean that. Shugo recognises his own goods straight away.

Daeva should have a good look for antiques.

• You end the conversation.

Shugo thanks Daeva for helping him to find out who Shugo is.

• You ask if he has any other useful items.

What’s the best antique Daeva could find, ak? Shugo will reward Daeva anyway.

There’s another Shugo here who will expand the cube.

Take Kinah from me to the other Shugo, then he’ll expand the cube, ak.

Bonkers Shugo speaks incoherently, just like Distorted World Elim.
